About the event
In our busy lives, it's rare to be able to dedicate two full days to the art of painting. Every year, I like to offer two consecutive days to allow students to practice and create a diptych.
This year, I'm proposing the theme: Light and Shadows.
Shadows are often misunderstood in life. Yet, without them, light could not exist! The first day will be dedicated to the first panel of the diptych. You will experience dusk, when the light fades, revealing shadows, sometimes indefinable... On the second day, it's all about light. Experience the softness or strength of daylight, how it caresses the different elements it touches, letting its reflections dance joyfully.
Dates: Saturday, August 16 and Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Picnic at noon or lunch in town. (1-hour break)
Location: Pavlina's artist studio in Montreux.
Price: CHF 340 for both days. Payable on site.
Bring your usual painting supplies.
