About the event
The Sanctuary of the Heart
We all seek a kind of sanctuary, a fortress, a sacred space where we can deeply recharge. The door to the sanctuary is within us! In the sanctuary, you will find the tranquility and peace that reside beneath the chaos of the world.
I offer this painting day to connect you with your own sanctuary and experience how it allows you to deeply recharge, in every moment. This painting will accompany you for a long time, helping you reconnect with your inner fortress throughout your life.
The day always begins with a guided meditation.
Date: Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Picnic at noon or lunch in town (1-hour break)
Location: Pavlina's artist studio in Montreux
Price: CHF 170 for the day. To be paid on site.
Bring your usual painting supplies.
